INCOMING SUCCESS SRL is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean INCOMING SUCCESS SRL, and "you" means anyone who visits this website, joins our email list or buys from us.
We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and Romanian data protection law.
What data we collect
We only collect what we need to run this website, deliver what you sign up for or buy, and stay in touch with you.
- Contact details: your name and email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it, when you sign up for a free resource, join our email list, fill in a form or contact us.
- Purchase details: your name, email, billing address, country, the products you bought, the price and the date. We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our checkout provider (see section 4).
- Program details: if you join the 3-week program, the information you share with us so we can help you: your YouTube channel link and statistics, your niche and goals, your answers to any onboarding questions, and what we discuss on your strategy call.
- Brand assets you send us: photos or images you give us so we can create your profile image and YouTube banner.
- Messages: anything you write to us by email, form or social media.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and similar data that websites collect automatically, including through cookies (see section 6).
How and why we use your data
Under the GDPR, we need a legal reason (a "legal basis") for each use of your data. Here is what we do and why:

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (for example ThriveCart, HighLevel and Google) are based in, or store data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, such as the United States. When your data is transferred outside the EEA, we make sure it's protected, for example through the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies

- Essential cookies, needed for the website, forms and checkout to work. These don't need your consent.
- Analytics and marketing cookies (for example, to understand which pages are visited or to show relevant ads), only if we use them and only with your consent.

How long we keep your data
- Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
- Customer and order data: for as long as you have access to your purchase, and after that for as long as needed to handle any questions or claims.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Romanian tax and accounting law.
- Program data (channel information, call notes, brand assets): for as long as you're in the program and for a reasonable time afterwards, because you can join the program again. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Messages: for as long as needed to answer you and keep a record of our conversation.
Your rights

If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), at www.dataprotection.ro, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live. We'd appreciate the chance to fix it first, so please contact us.
How we keep your data safe
We use reputable providers with strong security measures, limit access to your data to the people who need it, and keep our accounts protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where possible. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Children
Our products and programs are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our website, emails and videos may link to other websites, including affiliate partners and tools we recommend. We're not responsible for how those websites handle your data, so please read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll always show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. If we make important changes, we'll let you know by email or with a notice on the website.
